Properties and benefits of Fenugreek:
Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum Graecum) belongs to the legume family.
Fenugreek sprouts have a disinfectant and purifying action on: blood, kidneys and liver.
These sprouts have a high protein content, about 23%, and carbohydrates. They contain vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B3, B12 and various minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, sulfur.
Due to their ability to promote digestion, they are eaten alone or together with other sprouts.
It is indicated against anemia and physical fatigue.

Fenugreek sprouts have a strong, spicy, and crunchy flavor. They can be used in many preparations.

Suggestions for correct use of the CERRETO/GERMOGLIOSÌ seed packet
- Open and pour the entire contents of the packet to soak for 8/10 hours, then place them evenly in a single GermoglioSì sprouting tray and water 2/3 times a day with drinking water, the sprouts are ready in 3/4 days.
- The sprouts can either be taken directly from the sprouting tray and washed and dressed like a normal salad or stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
- The recommended quantity can also be used on other sprouting trays of a suitable size.
