Information on the processing of personal data
WE HAVE UPDATED THE PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY ON THE BASIS OF THE LATEST LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS, including articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This text sets out our policy on the processing of personal data collected through our contact systems and/or other services on the website:
www.germogliosi.it (hereinafter referred to as germogliosi.it)

1) Type of data collected

The personal data sent through the contact forms and/or other services on the germogliosi.it site are as follows:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address;
- telephone number.
We would like to specify that no sensitive data collection system is active on our site www.germogliosi.it: no data profiling is carried out, no registration is required, the Cookie named "CookieGermogliosi" is only used to store the preference of the user who reads and accepts the information message presented when opening the site (Cookies and Privacy Law).
The data entered in the contact form is only used to compose an email that will be delivered to the email address info@germogliosi.it using the data entered by the visitor (name, email address and telephone (optional data)).
1.1) MANDATORY CONSENT

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, other members of germogliosi.it involved in the performance of activities (sending newsletters) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data. An updated list of the Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller. 1.4) Location
The Data are processed at the operational headquarters of the Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
1.5) Storage period
The Data are processed and kept for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:
- Personal data collected as a result of newsletter subscription will be kept until the User cancels his/her subscription.
- The Controller may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period in order to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
- At the end of the retention period, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, after the expiry of this period, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

2) Purposes

2.1 The personal data sent will be used for the following purposes:

- to establish a communication requested by the user in order to fully enjoy the services offered by our activity;
- to send future initiatives related to our activity and the activity of our partners.
The data collected will be stored in digital form in the archives of the company in charge of storage and processing.

3) Personal data controller

4) Rights of the interested party

4.2). the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
4.3). certification that the operations referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
